About

Kellie and I boarded an American Airlines flight to Glasgow, Scotland in 2003 with one-way plane tickets and two little kids. Now a family of 5, we continue to pursue our calling as missionaries. In 2005 we planted Re:Hope Next Generation Bible Church in Glasgow, Scotland. In 2006 we also became the directors of a Church Resource Ministries (CRM) missionary team in Scotland, which focuses on church planting and church revitalization.  My blog consists of random thoughts, pictures, and observations on church, life, and missions.

So wonderful to hear the news via Don & Bunny about your first Easter in the new space. WOWOWOW!! It’s beautiful. Enjoyed looking through the site as well. I just finished week 14 in the Perspectives course and the very first email I opened afer writing up my lesson contained news of your church. It made me tear up a bit!

Be so BLESSED in your weekend. Joy to you! Elaine/ life groups at OCC

    Brian,

My name is Zach and I am a Lutheran/non-denominational Christian living
in Michigan, USA and I love your Bible Reading Groups site. I am actually working
for an internet company that works in interactive education called
Bloomfire.com. When I read your mission statement and your goals I was
moved. The site that we run allows people to maintain a free site and
disseminate information through videos, blogs, and texts and then viewers
are able to respond and discuss things that are posted. This seems like a
perfect fit for someone looking to spread the Word. Our site would allow
someone like yourself or a pastor to upload scripture, read it, and record
explanations all with just a word document and the webcam on their computer.
This would help people who may not be able to make it to a regular Bible
group to find a community of others to help them stay motivated, active, and
informed about the Bible and all it has to offer.

I made a page in about five minutes just to show you how this idea could
take shape. Follow the link to get a quick idea and imagine what could be
done when members come together to share their thoughts together.
